I coach group Crossfit classes at Rocket Crossfit. M,W,F from 3:30 pm to close.

Available for personal training before or after. Open schedule on T, Th, and weekend. 

Eyes on. The best form of training with constant feedback and motivation.

 

Personal training happens at a frequency of 3 to 6 sessions per week. We'll pick the appropriate amount based on your goals, training history, and life.
